27.07.2022 17:34:58 Питання виїзду варто уточнити у працівників прикордонної служби відповідно до наявних у Вас документів, так як наказ якій вписаний у вас у військові документи втратив чинність. Люди з судимістю мають певні правові та цивільні обмеження, які анулюються після погашення чи зняття судимості. ст. 23 Закону України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію» визначені категорії військовозобов’язаних громадян, які не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації та на особливий період. Проте згідно з абзацами 12-14 ч. 9 ст. 14 Закону України «Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу» районними (міськими) комісіями з питань приписки може бути прийнято рішення про виключення з військового обліку громадян, яких: за станом здоров'я визнано непридатними до військової служби з виключенням з військового обліку; раніше було засуджено до позбавлення волі за вчинення тяжкого або особливо тяжкого злочину.
