Щодо документів для перетину кордону. Для здобувачів фахової передвищої та вищої освіти за кордоном Документи: студентський квиток або студентська віза; перекладені та нотаріально завірені документи про зарахування/навчання особи у закордонному вузі; військово-облікові документи з записом щодо надання їм відстрочки від призову (призову за мобілізацією), довідка видана територіальним центром комплектування та соціальної підтримки для виїзду за кордон для здобувачів фахової передвищої та вищої освіти, асистентів-стажистів, аспірантів та докторантів, які навчаються за кордоном за денною або дуальною формами здобуття освіти.

24.06.2022 12:56:50 Для выезда за границу на учебу нужно сделать следующие действия: 1) Получить в учебном заведении, куда вы поступили, справку о зачислении на учебу; 2) Перевести эту справку на украинский язык и заверить правильность перевода у нотариуса; 3) Предоставить оригинал справки и ее перевод в тот военкомат, где вы состоите на учете; 4) Получить от военкомата удостоверение об отсрочке от мобилизации, которое позволит вам выехать из Украины на учебу. Это удостоверение необходимо предоставить во время пересечения границы, чтобы пограничная служба Украины пропустила вас.

25.06.2022 18:14:29 Да, возможно, закон не ограничивает возраст для учебы за границей. Главное офомрить док-ты о поступлении в иностранный ВУЗ. На счет выпустят ли, то да, в в п.3 последних разъяснениях прикорд.служби на их сайте от 03.05.22 https://dpsu.gov.ua/ua/Peretinannya-derzhavnogo-kordonu-v-umovah-pravovogo-rezhimu-vonnogo-stanu/ можуть виїхати здобувачі фахової передвищої та вищої освіти за кордоном (треба - студентський квиток або студентська віза; перекладені та нотаріально завірені документи навчання особи у закордонному вузі; військово-облікові документи з записом щодо надання їм відстрочки від призову (призову за мобілізацією), довідка видана воєнкоматом для виїзду за кордон для здобувачів фахової передвищої та вищої освіти, які навчаються за кордоном за денною або дуальною формами здобуття освіти).
