Дозвіл іншого з батьків для перетину кордону не потрібен. Дозвільні документи що видаються на українській мові мають бути перекладені на англійську . Також рекомендую проконсультуватися про особливості перебування в Канаді та уточнити питання щодо перебування неповнолітнього в Українське=ому посольстві в Канаді.
