Закон України Про компенсацію за пошкодження та знищення окремих категорій об’єктів нерухомого майна внаслідок бойових дій, терористичних актів, диверсій, спричинених збройною агресією Російської Федерації проти України, та Державний реєстр майна, пошкодженого та знищеного внаслідок бойових дій, терористичних актів, диверсій, спричинених збройною агресією Російської Федерації проти України набуде чинності 22.05.2023р.
07.04.2023 13:03:58 Доброго дня. Так, заяву можливо подати, або через портал "Дія", або через ЦНАП. Ваше майно потрапить до Реєстру зруйнованого та пошкодженого майна, потім комісія повинна оцінити маштаб збитків. Кошти, нажаль чекати доведеться ще досить довго, адже механізм виплат законодавчо не врегульовано. Дякую.
