01.04.2022 15:08:37 В период военного положения из Украины ограничен выезд мужчин в возрасте от 18 до 60 лет. Выехать могут только мужчины, которые: 1. Имеют удостоверение об отсрочке от призыва и уведомление о зачислении на специальный военный учет, или заключение военно-врачебной комиссии о непригодности к военной службе; 2. На иждивении которых находятся трое и более детей в возрасте до 18 лет, или самостоятельно воспитывающие ребенка (детей) в возрасте до 18 лет, или на иждивении которых есть ребенок с инвалидностью; 3. Те, кто является усыновителем опекуном, или чьи близкие родственники погибли или пропали без вести во время проведения антитеррористической операции. При наличии заключения о непригодности к военной службе вы сможете выехать из Украины. Если заключения у вас нет - его необходимо получить, так как этот документ потребуется предъявить при пересечении границы Украины.

Мобилизации подлежат военнообязанные граждане, если Вы в предусмотренном законом случае сняты или исключены с воинского учета военнообязанных (по ч.5 или 6 ст.37 ЗУ «Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу»), то и не подлежите мобилизации. Чтобы законно можно было выехать Вам следует иметь документ от военкомата, где как раз будет написано, что Вы не военнообязанный (снят или исключен с воинского учета военнообязанных (по ч.5 или 6 ст.37 ЗУ «Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу»). Поэтому советую Вам предварительно по телефонам горячей линии погранслужбы (область, в которой будете осуществлять переход или выезд) обезличено проконсультироваться по поводу пересечения границы по имеющемуся у Вас документу с военкомата, где как раз будет написано, что Вы не военнообязанный (буквально - достаточно ли этих документов, чтобы Вас выпустили за границу)
