29.03.2023 17:59:25 Звертатися потрібно до ТЦК, щоб направили на ВЛК для встановлення причинного зв'язку захворювання з військовою службою. Якщо зв'язок встановлять, то будете просити направлення на МСЕК для встановлення ступення втрати працездатності. ЯКщо і там вкажуть, що втрата працездатності є і це пов'язано з військовою службою, то у вас виникне право на ОГД.
29.03.2023 18:09:11 Вітаю. Можна спробувати, якщо Ви маєте на руках довідку ВЛК та довідку за формою 5 про обставини травми, поранення. Треба розбиратись. Звертайтесь.
30.03.2023 00:12:37 Одноразова грошова допомога передбачена коли отримане військовослужбовцем поранення (контузії, травми або каліцтва), захворювання під час виконання ним обов’язків військової служби, що призвело до часткової втрати працездатності без встановлення йому інвалідності, а також особою, звільненою з військової служби, яка частково втратила працездатність внаслідок зазначених причин, але не пізніше ніж через три місяці після звільнення її з військової служби. Треба уточнювати ваш випадок.
