Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Маю таке питання я пішов до лав ЗСУ добровольцем. Маю трьох дітей та вагітну жінку. Відпустку на роди мені сказали що не дадуть оскільки я проживаю в Польщі. Скільки часу я маю бути в ЗСУ щоб мене демобілізували?”

15.08.2022 11:00:18 У разі якщо Вас мобілізували, звільнитись з ЗСУ Ви можете або на підставі ст 26 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок та військову службу", за п.2 ч 4. Або при оголошенні демобілізації. Наявність 3 неповнолітніх дітей є підставою для відстрочки від мобілізації, але не є підставою дял звільнення. У Вашій ситуації можливо вимагати переведення за місцем мешкання. При уточненні деяких обставин, можу надати більш детальну консультацію
15.08.2022 22:21:23 Ви можете звільнитися з лав ЗСУ за через сімейні обставини або інші поважні причини (якщо військовослужбовці не висловили бажання продовжувати військову службу). Тобто, Ви можете написати рапорт на ім'я командира військової частини про звільнення за сімейними обставинами, так як маєте на утриманні 3-х і більше неповнолітніх дітей та долучити копії їх свідоцтва про народження.
