23.11.2022 12:51:49 Вітаю, коли евакуація ввідбулась - потрібно зібрати підтвердні документи та звертатись до суду, з метою оскарження штрафу
23.11.2022 14:45:14 ЯКщо ви права, то постанову про адміністративне правопорушення можна оскаржити до суду. Однак повернення транспортного засобу, затриманого шляхом доставки для зберігання на спеціальний майданчик чи стоянку відбувається невідкладно за зверненням такої особи після сплати штрафу за вчинене правопорушення та оплати вартості послуг із транспортування та/або зберігання транспортного засобу.
24.11.2022 16:18:37 Оскаржувати це рішення до керівництва установи, або в іншому випадку треба йти до суду з позовною заявою.
28.11.2022 13:47:55 Доброго дня. Вам потрібно оскаржувати дії в суді.
