Recently, our team was asked a question: “є довідка від ВЛК, що людина потребуєте постійного уходу, але нема саме довідки про інвалідність. чи вистачає цієї довідки чи потрібно саме мати довідку про ступінь інвалідності щоб єдиний син отримав звільнення (інсулінозалежність, гепортонія і палець відрізано, проблеми із сердцем і щитовидкою)”

03.08.2023 12:39:17 Для отримання звільнення від призову до армії потрібно мати довідку про інвалідність, яка підтверджує наявність ступеня інвалідності. В даних обставинах, для того щоб єдиний син отримав звільнення, необхідно мати окрему довідку про ступінь інвалідності, яка б показувала його статус як інваліда. Доводом постійного уходу може бути вказано в листку непрацездатності чи медичних документах, але без доводу про ступень інвалідності це не буде достатньо для отримання звільнення. Рекомендую звертатися до ВЛК або медичного закладу для отримання необхідних документальних показникiв.
