Відношення отримаується у командування В/Ч де бажаєте проходити службу. Потрібно Вам або через когось звернутись до командування. Перевод може займати тривалий час (є випадки коли 3 місяці погоджуєтья такий перевод). Та регулюється Положення про проходження служби п 82 - підстави для призначення на посаду. та п 110 - щодо порядку переміщення військовослужбовців

Подавайте рапорт про перевод відповідно до відношення та при наявності сімейних обставин - додаєте підтверджуючі документи. По часу може бути не швидко. Строки розгляду рапортів не визначені.
