03.10.2022 20:04:32 За загальним правилом департамент кіберполіції передає звернення до відділення поліції за місцем проживання/реєстрації заявника, з метою збору матеріалу та внесенням слідчим органом поліції відомостей до ЄРДР. Ваше звернення поштою буде відправлено до відділку поліції. При надходженні матеріалу до відділку працівники поліції повинні зателефонувати Вам для прийняття заяви. Лише після цього можна отримати витяг. Звертаю увагу, що підрозділ кібер поліції є оперативним органом, та відомості до ЄРДР не може вносити
03.10.2022 20:22:32 Сам факт Вашого звернення не означає автоматичне внесення відомостей про злочин до ЄРДР. На протязі суток з моменту звернення приймається рішення про внесення інформації, чи ні. За фактом Вашого звернення протягом доби з моменту звернення, на Вашу електрону адресу повинна надійти відповідь. Крім того, Ви можете перевірити статус свого звернення на тому ж сайті кіберполіції https://ticket.cyberpolice.gov.ua/. Для отримання витягу з Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань Вам необхідно буде звернутись до підрозділу поліції, в якому відкрито кримінальне провадження.
03.10.2022 23:14:13 Якщо Ви маєте доступ то отримати за посиланням https://erdr.gp.gov.ua/erdr/erdr.web.system.LoginPage.cls або звернутися до слідчого, або написати запит на отримання витягу відповідно до На підставі статей 1, 13, 19, 20 Закону України «Про доступ до публічної інформації» Слідчий, прокурор невідкладно, але не пізніше 24 годин після подання заяви, повідомлення про вчинене кримінальне правопорушення або після самостійного виявлення ним з будь-якого джерела обставин, що можуть свідчити про вчинення кримінального правопорушення, зобов’язаний внести відповідні відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань, розпочати розслідування та через 24 години з моменту внесення таких відомостей надати заявнику витяг з Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань (частина перша статті 214 КПК України).
