08.12.2021 18:33:09 Як такої анонімної скарги Ви подати не можете, конкретно у даній ситуації є два способи, Ви може зателефонувати 102 і повідомити про Ваших сусідів, але Вас попросять вказати Ваші ПІБ, а також можна подати заяву про кримінальне правопорушення, але знову ж таки, в ній Ви повинні повідомити Ваші ПІБ.

08.12.2021 19:01:09 Можете звернутися до поліції за ном 102 або подати анонімну заява в поліцію у разі коли боїтесь, що вас можуть переслідувати або з інших причин не хоче щоб поліція знала про особисті дані ; в разі анонімного повідомлення про злочин, поліція зобов'язана перевірити інформацію і за наявності ознак злочину почати досудове розслідування протягом 24 годин з моменту отримання такого повідомлення. Торгівля, збут самогону відноситься до Стаття 164-16 КУпАП зайняття забороненими видами господарської діяльності. Зайняття видами господарської діяльності, щодо яких є спеціальна заборона, встановлена законом, за відсутності ознак діяння, передбаченого Кримінальним кодексом України, Відповідальність: накладення штрафу від ста до п’ятисот неоподаткованих мінімумів доходів громадян (1700– 8500 грн.)Самогон та інші міцні спиртні напої домашнього вироблення, апарати для їх вироблення органами Національної поліції вилучаються в осіб, які вчинили таке правопорушення, і після розгляду справи знищуються.

Відповідальність за продаж алкогольних напоїв та тютюнових виробів особам, які не досягли 18 років передбачена Законом та Кодексом України про адміністративні правопорушення. Самогоноваріння та його збут також підпадають під санкції. Ви можете написати заяву в поліцію, але, нажаль, анонімно це не буде.Дякую.
