Суд під час розгляду справи про розлучення надає сторонам також строк на примирення. Тому зазначу, що зарез справа Ваша скоріше за все слухатися не буде. Також зверніть увагу, що ви можете укласти договір з представником в Україні (віддаленно шляхом пересилання засобами поштового зв'язку документів), який зможе представляти Вас у разі необхідності під час судового розгляду, тобто фактично без Вашої участі.
