Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. як отримати дозвіл на виїзд за кордон у відрядження. Я керівник фірми, яка виконує роботи на державних обєктах критичної інфраструктури. Одночасно є батьком дитини інваліда і не підлягаю мобілізації (дитина знаходиться за кордоном) У звязку з чим не підлягаю? бронюванню.”

17.08.2022 16:28:33 Порядок бронювання встановлений постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.03.2022 № 194 «Деякі питання бронювання військовозобов’язаних в умовах правового режиму воєнного стану». Для підтвердження підстав щодо перетинання державного кордону України на виїзд з території України, крім документів, зазначених у статті 2 Закон України «Про порядок виїзду з України і в'їзду в Україну громадян України» особа має подати також: витяг з наказу Міністерства економіки (згідно з пунктом 5 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.03.2022 № 194 ); документи про відрядження такої особи за кордон. У відрядження: документи, що підтверджують службове відрядження (постанова КМУ від 12 квітня 2022 р. № 440), посвідчення про відстрочку від призову та повідомлення про зарахування на спеціальний військовий облік (розпорядження КМУ від 8 серпня 1995 р. № 493-р) або витяг з наказу Міністерства економіки (згідно з пунктом 5 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.03.2022 № 194 «Деякі питання бронюва
