02.12.2022 20:55:20 У Декларації Розділ ІІ “Доходи, які включаються до загального річного оподаткованого доходу” – саме до цього розділу декларації вносити інформацію про доходи від продажу криптовалют. Якщо дохід отримано виключно від продажу цифрових цінностей, то заповнюєте лише рядок 10.10 “Інші доходи”, вказуючи загальну суму доходу, і відповідно рядок 10 “Загальна сума доходів, які включаються до загального річного оподатковуваного доходу”, який відображає суму всіх рядків розділу ІІ. У цьому ж розділі слід самостійно розрахувати і вписати суми ПДФО (18%) та військового збору (1,5%), які підлягають сплаті. Розділ ІV “Загальна сума річного доходу” – повторно дублюємо суму доходу, вказаного у рядку 10 Розділу ІІ Декларації. Розділ V Декларації – заповнюється рядок 13 (переносите відомості з графи 6 рядку 10 Розділу ІІ (сума розрахованого ПДФО) та рядок 19.1 (переносите відомості з графи 7 рядку 10 Розділу ІІ (сума розрахованого військового збору).
03.12.2022 13:19:43 Вітаю. При подачі декларації, їх потрібно внести в розділ «Нематеріальні активи» - причому записати потрібно як свої маркери, так і належать членам сім'ї за станом на останній день звітного періоду.
