15.03.2023 15:45:33 Згідно законодавства військовослужбовці, які бажають звільнитися з військової служби, подають по команді рапорти та документи, які підтверджують підстави звільнення.
15.03.2023 15:46:01 По рішенню МСЕК ніяк. Вашу непридатність може підтвердити тільки ВЛК. Хоча є рішення суду про те, що особа визнана придатною за ВЛК, тоді як за МСЕК вона отримала 2 групу інвалідності - і визнано таке рішення ВЛК незаконним
15.03.2023 16:08:54 По рішенню МСЕК звільнитись з ЗСУ не можливо. Звільнитись можна лише за станом здоров'я на підставі висновку ВЛК про непридатність. МСЕК встановлює виключно групу інвалідності або відсоток непридатності. Сам же ВЛК визначає придатність/ не придатність на підставі Наказу 402 від 14.08.2008 року Про затвердження Положення про військово-лікарську експертизу в Збройних Силах України https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08#Text У разі визнання їх ВЛК непридатними до військової служби з виключенням з військового обліку або непридатними до військової служби у мирний час, обмежено придатними у воєнний час вони можуть бути подані до звільнення з військової служби до виписки із військового (цивільного) лікувального закладу.
