Окрім цього, він регулярно витрачав гроші на покупку сигарет, жувальної гумки та гру на розважальних автоматах. Через деякий час вiн продав магнітофон і купив цінні папери. Його батько, вважаючи, що ці правочини вiн не і мiг укладати без його згоди, подав позов у суд про визнання усіх правочинів недійсними.Питання: які правовідносини виникли?”

16.06.2022 08:30:33 Виникло вчинення дитиною 16 років як особою з неповною цивільною дієздатністю правочиів щодо самостійного розпорядження своїм доходом (ч.1 ст.32 ЦК), але інші правочини - продаж магнітофону і купивлі цінних паперів потребував згоди батьків, чого недотримано і чим порушено ч.2 ст.32 ЦК, тому батько звернулася з позовом до суду про визнання договору купівлі-продажу недійсним з метою повернення сторін у попередній стан, реституція (ч.1 ст.203, ч.1 ст.216 ЦК), таке і рішення має винести суд, якщо буде вважати позов обгрунтованим
