Місто і місце проведення ВЛК визначаються керівництвом армії або вищими командними структурами з урахуванням стратегічних та тактичних потреб та цілей. Воїни повинні служити на будь-якому майданчику, який призначений для навчання і покращення їх професійних навичок.

13.11.2023 13:28:07 Військовослужбовці оглядаються ВЛК у закладах охорони здоров’я (установах) за територіальним принципом або за місцем лікування, навчання, перебування у відрядженні, за місцем проведення відпустки (п.6.6 глави 6 розділу 2 Наказу МОУ № 402 від 14.08.2008 року).
