06.08.2023 15:34:09 Доброго дня! Якщо контракт з Збройними Силами України (ЗСУ) закінчився під час введення військового стану, то особа, у якої вийшов термін контракту, може бути мобілізована. Мобілізація - це процес призову громадян до служби у ЗСУ або інших силових структурах у разі загрози національній безпеці або проведення антитерористичної операції. Остаточне рішення про мобілізацію приймається компетентними органами держави згідно з чинним законодавством.
