Парковка же общественная. И на сколько законно там ходят непонятные мужики в жилетах и требуют деньги за парковку? Спасибо!”

14.06.2021 09:18:56 Доброе утро. Такие парковки находятся вне закона. Если в поле зрения попала фишка смело убираем и паркуемся, естественно если нет никаких запрещающих на это знаков. Правила парковки в Украине регулируются ПДД, где все подробно изложено. Мужики в жилетах действуют незаконно, борьба с их деятельностью идет уже много лет, но увы пока не очень успешно. Спасибо за вопрос.
14.06.2021 18:58:38 Вы можете обратится с этим вопросом в органы местного самоуправление написав соответствующее обращение или же записавшись на приём. Без их ведома такая деятельность не может существовать. Допускается но при наличии документов организовывать платные стоянки или парковки. Ставить фишки если парковка частная можно это на усмотрение собственника. Так как вы утверждаете что место общественное то начните с горсовета, потом идите в полицию, прокуратуру, суд если захотите достичь справедливости

В целом, такая ситуация, когда на парковочном месте стоит фишка, подпадает под действие статьи 139 КоАП Украины, где указана строка «закрытие или установка технических средств регулирования дорожного движения, создание препятствий для дорожного движения» и после расписана санкция, что за такие действия предусмотрено. В данной ситуации есть право вызвать полицию и уже дальше выяснять, есть ли основания для составления протокола об административном правонарушении или нет. Спасибо!
