17.02.2025 09:38:31 Вітаю! Не так давно були внесені зміни до Кримінального кодексу України щодо СЗЧ. Відтепер є можливість у військовослужбовців повернутися на службу, уникнувши кримінального покарання. Якщо говорити про зміни в Кримінальному кодексі, то це стосується військовослужбовців, щодо яких вже внесено відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань. Після 1 березня Ви можете самостійно на етапі досудового розслідування звернутися з письмовим клопотанням до слідчого, прокурора, безпосередньо до суду, прибути до найближчого органу управління військової служби правопорядку (ВСП) або через мобільний застосунок Армія+ подати рапорт на повернення з СЗЧ. Якщо стосовно Вас триває кримінальне провадження і Вам призупинена військова служба, прокурор може подати клопотання до суду про звільнення Вас від кримінальної відповідальності для продовження служби. Але тут є ще певні умови, адже якщо Ви вчинили СЗЧ вперше, то також має бути письмова згода командира в/ч.
17.02.2025 10:48:29 Вітаю. Військовослужбовці, які вперше самовільно залишили військову частину (СЗЧ), мають можливість добровільно повернутися на службу без притягнення до кримінальної відповідальності до 1 березня 2025 року. Після цієї дати повернення можливе, але воно може супроводжуватися кримінальною відповідальністю. Верховна Рада не планує подальшого продовження цього терміну.
