03.02.2023 22:56:36 Закриття ФОП: покрокова інструкція: Звільнити працівників (якщо є).рокова інструкція Зняти з обліку РРО (ПРРО) та скасувати ліцензії. Закрити банківські рахунки. Подати заяву на закриття ФОП онлайн у «Дії» чи особисто державному реєстратору. Заяву повинні опрацювати протягом 24 годин, після чого ФОП отримує статус «припинено» в ЄДР. Саме з цієї дати зупиняється нарахування податків. Подати ліквідаційні звіти. Подаються ті самі звіти, що й зазвичай, але з позначкою «ліквідаційний». Для закриття ЮО необхідно рішення засновників(ка) та слідувати процедурі визначеній у Статуті ЮО.
06.02.2023 11:32:32 Потрібно звернутись до суду із зачвою про неплатоспроможність та визнання банкрутом, за ухвалою суду у разі наявності підстав суд відкриває провадження про банкрутство підсприємства, установи6 організації або фіз. особи - підприємця, далі призначають ліквідатора або розпорядника майном та проводяться всі інші необхідні дії. Кредвитори повинні подати свої вимоги (ті, кому Ви винні гроші) для того, щоб розпорядник майном після реалізації коштів чи майна сплатив їм суму Вашого боргу за рахунок реалізації Вашого майна.
