Recently, our team was asked a question: “Чи можу я виїхати за кордон якщо я студент ВНЗ на денній формі навчання. Я не стою на обліку. Або можуть дати запрошення на роботу з країни ЄС.”

19.07.2022 22:53:52 Ви як студент ВНЗ має право на відстрочку від мобілізації, з яким зможете перетнути кордон. Військовозобов`язані особи, зазначені в цьому переліку, мають право на перетин державного кордону. І якщо виходити з пункту 2-6 Правил, то для виїзду з України військовозобов`язана особа повинна мати лише документи, які підтверджують те, що вона не підлягає призову на військову службу під час мобілізації. Наприклад, якщо на утриманні чоловіка перебуває троє і більше дітей віком до 18 років, то для виїзду за кордон достатньо мати свідоцтво про народження кожної дитини, в якому чоловік записаний їхнім батьком. Однак, на практиці прикордонники можуть відмовляти у виїзді за кордон та направляти до ТЦКСП (військкомату) за оформленням відстрочки. Тому залишається два варіанти: доводити свою правоту або ж звертатися ТЦКСП (військкомату) та подавати на ім`я начальника письмову заяву про надання відстрочки призову на військову службу під час мобілізації.
