Тому аює кілька варіантів - або виплатити борг або домовитись із банком про часткове списання санкцій і реструктуризацію боргу або найняти адвоката який дослідить всі обставини і складе для вас план оптимальних заходів.

02.03.2021 23:59:00 К сожалению, отчуждать предмет залога, передавать его в пользование другому лицу или иным способом распоряжаться им залогодатель может только с согласия залогодержателя, если иное не установлено договором или законом. Ваш договор скорее всего типичный для такого рода правоотношений в виду того что сторона банк, а банки обычно подписывают только выгодные им договора. Проанализировать договор, претензию к сожалению возможности нет, а без этого дать развёрнутую консультацию тоже. Я бы советовал ответить на претензию и описать обстоятельства которые влияют на возврат кредита, попросите отсрочку или рассрочку возврата долга. Если банк точно намерен выставить ваш грузовик на продажу «с молотка» то лучше самому найти покупателя и по приемлемой цене с разрешения банка продать его и покрыть долг. Если продажей будет заниматься банк то грузовик «уйдёт» за меньшую сумму. Ведите диалог с банком для того чтобы найти выход, чудес не бывает...
