15.02.2023 11:46:11 Гранична швидкість гумової кулі, схвалена українським Мінохоронздоров'я, - 300 м / с (плюс-мінус 20 м / с). Енергія снаряда при такій швидкості становить 25-27 джоулів. Наказом № 379 дск передбачено і ряд спеціальних правил для травматичної зброї. Так, категорично заборонено: застосовувати зброю особам, які не є суб'єктами, на яких поширюється дія цієї Інструкції; застосовувати зброю на відстані, меншій за зазначену в паспорті виробника; передавати зброю стороннім особам, а також продавати без відповідного дозволу органів внутрішніх справ чи віддавати під заставу; відстрілювати патрони, не передбачені паспортом на конкретний зразок зброї, у тому числі зі шротом та іншими метальними снарядами; відстрілювати саморобні патрони; змінювати конструкцію складових частин зброї з метою пристосування її для стрільби боєприпасами інших типів; застосовувати патрони з гумовими або аналогічними за своїми властивостями метальними снарядами несмертельної дії проти людини на відстані, меншій за зазнач
