Оскільки, не відомі обставини щодо порушення сусідами правил користування житлової площі у багатоквартирному будинку. Одночасно зазначаю, що для порушників житлового законодавства передбачена відповідальність, а саме особи винні, несуть кримінальну, адміністративну цивільно-правову відповідальність згідно з законодавством.
