30.05.2022 10:02:21 Так потрібно, свідоцтва про шлюб не достатньо, документи необхідно замінити. Для заміни водійського посвідчення вам слід звернутися в територіальні органи з надання сервісних послуг МВС. Процедура заміни прав регламентується Постановою Кабміну №340 від 08.05.1993 «Про затвердження Положення про порядок видачі посвідчення водія та допуску громадян до керування транспортними засобами». Відповідно до п. 25 Постанови КМУ № 340 від 08.05.1993 року, обмін посвідчення водія здійснюється без складання іспитів. При отриманні нового посвідчення водія вилучається посвідчення водія, що підлягає обміну. Обмін посвідчення водія у зв'язку зі зміною особистих даних (прізвище, ім'я та по батькові) здійснюється на підставі наступних документів: паспорт громадянина України водійське посвідчення, що підлягає обміну облікова картка платника податків свідоцтво про шлюб медична довідка за формою 083/o документ, що підтверджує здійснення оплати за надання адміністративних послуг
