Доброго дня! Питання досить обширне, якщо така справа дійде до суду, то суддя буде вивчати всі докази, що надасть власник квартири на підтвердження того, що вина за пошкодження квартири сталася з вашої вини (наприклад покази свідків, квитанції про оплату оренди квартири тощо). Однак в таких випадках відіграє важливу роль договір оренди, тому його відсутність вам на користь, однак немає впевненості,що це допоможе вам уникнути відповідальності.
