Recently, our team was asked a question: “Треба зняти машину з обліку. Продав машину по довіреності у Вінницю давно. Думав, що її зняли з обліку там. Сказали, що за місяць знімуть там з обліку, але не зняли. Не можу знайти тепер тут людину хто купив авто. Прийшов штраф на мене. Чи зможете ви мені допомогти зі зняттям з обліку? І яка вартість питання?”

Зняти автомобіль з обліку можна тільки при наявності самого автомобіля, або шляхом вибракування (юридично автомобіль перестане існувати). Краще було б подати заяву в поліцію про шахрайство або незаконне заволодіння транспортом, і щоб поліція знайшла це авто, а потім змусити "нового власника" повернути авто Вам, або переоформити авто на себе.
14.03.2023 14:15:24 Без машини її неможливо зняти з обліку. Треба шукати людини, якій ви продали авто і вимагати зняти з обліку по дорученню. По документах вона належить вам.
