19.07.2022 13:20:00 Доброго дня. Вашу придатність до служби буде вирішувати ВЛК. Скоріш за все Вас признають обмежено придатним у військовий час та не придатним у мирний. Дякую.
19.07.2022 13:29:22 Сходіть до лікаря, хай він подивиться чи підходить така хвороба під якусь статтю з літерою «а» наказу МОУ 14.08.2008 №402 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08# top. Справа в тому, що під літеру «а» підпадає непридатність до військ.служби, тобто шанс на виключення з військового обліку або тимчасову непридатність є більшим. Але, це буде вирішувати ВЛК при воєнкоматі, які можуть погодитися з висновками інших лікарів, або ні. Більше того, за п.20.4 наказу МОУ 14.08.2008 №402 у воєнний час за статтями (пунктами статей) Розкладу хвороб, що передбачають індивідуальну оцінку придатності або обмежену придатність до військової служби осіб, які пройшли медичний огляд за графами II, III, ВЛК приймає постанову "придатний до військової служби", за винятком статей 2-в, 4-в, 5-в, 12-в, 13-в, 14-в, 17-в, 21-в, 22-в. Тому, якщо хвороба не підпадає під літеру «а», то під літерами б в г скоріше за все ВЛК через п.20.4 визнає придатним
