14.11.2024 14:28:54 У багатьох країнах законодавство передбачає, що жінка може звільнитись або отримати відпустку у зв'язку з вагітністю після 12 тижня вагітності. Також існують закони, які гарантують жінкам право на відпустку після пологів. У кожному конкретному випадку рекомендується консультуватися з юристом або спеціалістом з прав людини для отримання докладної інформації про права та обов'язки у цих ситуаціях.
14.11.2024 14:51:14 Добрий день! Згідно з українським законодавством, жінка може отримати декретну відпустку з 30-го тижня вагітності. Вона має право обрати час початку відпустки, звернувшись із заявою до лікаря, який веде вагітність. Вагітна жінка має право звільнитися на будь-якому тижні вагітності.
14.11.2024 15:22:32 Вітаю! Ви маєте можливість звільнитися від роботи вже з перших днів зачаття, у разі несприятливих для вагітності робочих умов. Їх перелік можна дізнатися в голови експертно-лікарської комісії у вашій поліклініці. Інший момент — якщо є ускладнення з самопочуттям.
14.11.2024 16:53:39 Вагітна жінка за власним бажанням зможе після 30 тижня вагітності визначити дату початку відпустки в зв’язку з вагітністю та пологами. Якщо вона хоче розпочати відпустку з 30 тижня вагітності, їй нічого додатково робити не потрібно — за замовчуванням медичний висновок тимчасової непрацездатності буде сформовано з 30 тижня вагітності. Але якщо жінка хоче продовжувати працювати і після 30-го тижня — вона під час першого візиту до лікаря після початку 30 тижня вагітності подає заяву лікареві, який веде її вагітність, та зазначає в ній дату, з якої має бути сформований МВТН. Якщо в неї пологи стануться до зазначеної в заяві дати, МВТН буде сформований з дати пологів. Такий процес не впливатиме на загальну тривалість МВТН і відпустки відповідно. Що, своєю чергою, не призводитиме до зменшення розміру допомоги з вагітності та пологів.
