Все залежить від типу захворювання, адже відсутня пряма підстава для звільнення військовослужбовців, які проходять військову службу за контрактом у зв'язку з набуттям інвалідності. В даному випадку підставою є рішення ВЛК про непридатність. Щоб точно відповісти потрібно знати, на підставі якої саме хвороби/травми призначено 3 групу інвалідності, та порівняти з відповідним переліком.
