Recently, our team was asked a question: “Якщо є третя група інвалідності, це є підставою на звільнення з військової служби?”

Згідно з законодавством кожна група інвалідності має свої обмеження та може мати вплив на фізичну та психологічну готовність особи до служби у Збройних Силах. У разі, якщо особа має третю групу інвалідності, її можуть звільнити від проходження військової служби. Однак конкретне рішення про звільнення приймається лекарською комісією або спеціально уповноваженим органом, якщо такий передбачений законодавством країни.
