Законодавство України не передбачає припинення контракту та звільнення з військової служби військовослужбовця з підстави наявності дружини з числа осіб з інвалідністю ІІІ групи. Однак, контракт можливо розірвати у випадку необхідності здійснення постійного догляду за хворою дружиною (чоловіком), дитиною, а також батьками своїми чи дружини (чоловіка), що підтверджується відповідним медичним висновком медико-соціальної експертної комісії або лікарсько-консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я.

18.03.2024 11:30:17 ВІтаю. Однією з підстав звільнення є "наявність дружини (чоловіка) із числа осіб з інвалідністю та/або одного із своїх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка) із числа осіб з інвалідністю I чи II групи". Отже, ваш чоловік не має права на звільнення.
