Recently, our team was asked a question: “Чоловік подав рапорт на звільнення, командир його підписав, пройшов усі процедури, і в останню хвилину йому говорять, що будуть переводити в другу частину, хоча наказу нема. Які наші подальші дії ?”

23.12.2022 10:11:45 Вважаю, що у такому випадку переведння є неправомірним, оскільки чоловік вже майже звільнений з військової служби. Я раджу оскаржувати такі дії до Міністерства оборони України. 26.12.2022 11:58:55 Чоловік військовий, та має виконувати наказ, якщо є наказ на звільнення то звільнятись, якщо на перевод, то переводитись. Два накази однією датою бути не можуть, можливо виникла, якась помилка. Рекомендую звернутись до командира з рапортом про роз'яснення виконання наказу. Також у разі ігнорування рапорту рекомендую звернутись за телефонами гарячої лінії, назвавши ПІП мобілізованої особи та номер військової частини, в яку направили: 0-800-500-410 0-800-500-442 044-454-44-99
