Згідно законодавства однією з підстав для звільнення громадян з військової служби є необхідність здійснення постійного догляду за особою, яка за висновком медико-соціальної експертної комісії або лікарсько-консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я потребує постійного догляду, у разі відсутності інших осіб, які можуть здійснювати такий догляд. Якщо Ви відповідаєте зазначеним вище критеріям, зазначена Вами причина може бути підставою для звільнення Вас з військової служби.
