Recently, our team was asked a question: “Чи можу я звільнитися з армії, якщо в мене була судимість у 2003 році і я відбував покарання до 2007 року(3р.5м.) за ст.15-115ч.1КК України(особливо тяжка)?Судимість вже погашена.Маю довідку про звільнення.”

Український Закон про загальний військовий обов'язок передбачає деякі обставини, за яких особам може бути відмовлено у призові до армії.
