16.12.2022 16:35:51 Вітаю. Вам терміново потрібно подавати рапорт безпосередньому командиру про направлення Вас на військово-лікарську комісію у зв'язку із погіршенням стану здоров'я. Без рапорту про направлення на ВЛК, Вас навряд чи звідти переведуть.
16.12.2022 16:57:14 Пишіть рапорт про направлення на ВЛК.
17.12.2022 17:22:57 Напишіть рапорт про те, що у вас проблеми зі здоров'ям і ви просите направлення на проходження ВЛК. На ім'я начальника в/ч. Після направлення на ВЛК - стан вашої придатності буде визначено лікарями. Ящо буде вказано неприданий з виключенням з військового обліку, то на підставі пп. б) п. 3 ч. 5 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок та військову службу" можна буде звільнитися до закінчення контракту чи демобілізації - б) за станом здоров’я - на підставі висновку (постанови) військово-лікарської комісії про непридатність до військової служби з виключенням з військового обліку.
