15.05.2022 20:49:18 Законодавством передбачені такі випадки, коли резервіст може ініціювати розірвання контракту: – за станом здоров’я; – у разі досягнення граничного віку перебування у військовому резерві; – через сімейні обставини або з інших поважних причин; – у зв’язку з невиконанням умов контракту зі сторони командування; – у зв’язку з прийняттям на військову службу за контрактом; – у разі припинення громадянства України; – за угодою сторін. Тобто напишіть заяву про розірвання контракту на ім'я командувача за одним із зазначених випадків. Проте очікуйте що Вас можуть призвати до лав ЗСУ
17.05.2022 19:39:39 Якщо Ви жодного документу не підписували, то логічно, що ніяких заяв і не треба складати. Проте, ви певно отримали якусь, зброю, форму, тощо..., а відтак ви є повноцінним бійцем ТРО, тому скласти рапорт (заяву) необхідно та підписати його у командира.
