02.10.2022 14:57:05 Закон (№ № 2599-IX) підписан Президентом 30.09.2022 р, надіслано до ВР для офіційної публікації. На наступному тижні повинні невідкладно опублікувати цей Закон. На наступний день після публікації Закон набуває чинності. Та мобілізовані військовослужбовці, у котрих 3-є і більше дітей до 18 років мають право звільнитись з військової служби

02.10.2022 18:05:10 ЗАКОН УКРАЇНИ Про внесення зміни до статті 26 Закону України "Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу" щодо додаткової підстави звільнення з військової служби під час воєнного стану який визначає зазначене станом на 02.10.22 не підписаний, не опублікований і чинності не набрав. Набирає чинності на наступний день після опублікування. Відслідковується на сайті ВРУ за назвою де чітко зазначається чи набрав чинності чи ні.

03.10.2022 10:24:27 Доброго дня. На разі Закон підписано Президентом 30.09.2022 і повернуто у Верховну Раду для публікації. Закон повинен бути опубліковано на протязі 5 днів з моменту повернення до Верховної Ради.

06.10.2022 19:10:05 Так, підписав. Це Закон № 2169-IX від 01.04.2022. Цим Законом було доповнено статтю 26 "Звільнення з військової служби" Закону України "Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу". До частини 4 статті 26 Закону "Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу" внесено нову підставу для звільнення: наявність у військовослужбовця трьох і більше дітей віком до 18 років. Для звільнення за цією підставою необхідно скласти та подати письмовий рапорт про звільнення. Рапорт подається на ім'я командира вашого підрозділу або командиру військової частини, у якій ви проходите службу. До рапорту обов'язково додаються копії свідоцтв про народження на кожну дитину. Для правильного складання рапорту про звільнення пропоную вам скористатись відповідною послугою.
