Recently, our team was asked a question: “Пробую звільнитися з ЗСУ по причині теща інвалід, ось що отримав , Подав документи, в батальйон через командира роти, бо це така вимога, і от відповідь командира роти: "передали документи на юридичний відділ батальйону, але вірогідність що тебе звільнять не більше 5 відсотків, бо це утопія що дружина працює а військовослужбовець буде доглядати" і він каже що так йому сказали в батальйоні. На що мені розраховувати?”

13.11.2022 18:08:16 Якщо теща має інвалідність 1 або 2 групи - оформлення догляду не потрібно, звільнення 100% АЛЕ це для мобілізованих військовослужбовців. Якщо проходите контрактну форму - то необхідно оформлювати постійний догляд. Якщо на руках буде рішення органів опіки прот призначення саме Вас такою особою - то і звільнитись також можливо. Це передбачено ст 26 ЗУ Про військовий оьов'язок та військову службу.Варто детально розглянути Вашу ситуацію
