Звільнитись можливо, якщо Ви мобілізований військовослужбовець. ДОТ рапорту на звільнення необхідно долучити свідоцтво про шлюб, про народження дітей, свідоцтво розлучення, рішення суду про призначення аліментів, довідку з ДВС про відсутність заборгованості по сплаті аліментів. Звільнення відбувається на підставі ПП г) п 2) ч 4 ст 26 ЗУ Про військовий оьов'язок та військову службу

Як підстава для звільнення, в законі вказана не наявність трьох і більше дітей, а саме утримання, а тому до рапорту на звільнення потрібно надати підтвердні документи на утримання першої дитини - це може бути рішення суду про призначення аліментів на утримання дитини (дітей), довідка з виконавчої служби про відсутність заборгованості по сплаті аліментів, розміру сплати таких аліментів
