Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Я перебуваю на службі в ЗСУ по мобілізації. Ми з дружиною розлучаємося. Маємо 2 дітей. У нас нотаріальний договір про утримання дітей. Одна дитина залишається з дружиною, а друга дитина зі мною. Тобто згідно рішення суду місце проживання однієї дитини буде зі мною. Чи є це підставою для звільнення?”
