Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Хочу підписати другий контракт з ЗСУ (зараз не служу по контракту, раніше служив). Тому що офіцери знайомі обіцяють одне але в наш час вірити на слово не можна і виникло таке питання - Якщо я зараз підпишу контракт чи можна буде звільнитися зі служби по контракту з лав ЗСУ у воєнний стан у зв'язку з вихованням "дитини з інвалідністю"? В мене зараз є дитина з інвалідністю посвідчення якої оформлене на мене.”

Згідно законодавства контракт може бути розірвано у зв’язку з вихованням дитини з інвалідністю віком до 18 років.
