30.07.2023 18:27:35 Доброго дня. Нажаль, в перліку підстав відповідно до яких військовослужбовця може бути звільнено із військової служби, така обставини відсутня. Відповідно до Закону України "Про віськовий обовʼязок та військову службу" однією із підстав є звільнення за сімейними обставиними. Подивіться дані підстави, можливо там є якісь такі, що можуть Вами бути використані.
