Recently, our team was asked a question: “Бабусі 81 рік. Але нема рішення лкк що потребує догляду. Але читав що 80+ років то можна робити догляд. Чи можна це зроьити щоб звільнитись”

14.04.2023 12:29:55 Щоб оформити догляд за літньою людиною, потрібно звернутися в Управління праці та соціального захисту населення за місцем реєстрації особи, якій потрібна допомога. Разом із пакетом документів подаються заяви – від літньої людини, а також від особи, яка здійснюватиме догляд. Щодо звільнення - така підстава в законодавстві відсутня.

14.04.2023 16:29:20 Треба довідка ЛКК. Просто якщо 80 + легше цю довідку отримати як людині похилого віку.
14.04.2023 19:44:30 Дивіться, у 81 рік довідку ЛКК про потребу в догляді їй точно мають дати. Але одразу хочу зазначити, що звільнитись у зв'язку з цим Ви можете тільки у тому випадку, якщо окрім Вас доглядати за бабусею нікому. Якщо ж окрім Вас є інші близькі особи, які здатні такий догляд надавати, шансів не так багато. Але в будь-якому випадку треба аналізувати ситуацію.
