Підстави для звільнення - ст 26 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок". Якщо ви вже діючий військовослужбовець, навчання на денній формі в університеті та повідомлення про необхідність працівника не є підставою для звільнення. Зазначені обставини є підствою відстрочки поки ви військовозобов'язаний - тобто цивільна особа. В разі питань, звертайтесь на пошту або іншим зручним способом, надам більш детальну консультацію
