SDR/AE Manager Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing inquiries.
  • Communicating with potential and existing clients.
  • Controlling payment receipt.
  • Selecting executors for corresponding services.
  • Monitoring service execution.
  • Generating reports and entering data into the CRM system.

SDR/AE Manager Requirements:

  • Higher education and at least 2 years of experience in a commercial organization.
  • Knowledge of the structure of commercial companies and/or manufacturing enterprises.
  • Knowledge of necessary permitting documentation for commercial activities.
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
  • Knowledge of negotiation stages and handling objections.
  • Understanding of CRM system and telephony work.

Conditions and Offers:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.Main office location: Kyiv, Mechnikova St., 2 (Parus Business Center).
  • Official employment under a gig contract.
  • Fixed percentage from sales and provided services.
  • Salary during the adaptation period: $600 per month in UAH (at NBU exchange rate on the payment day).
  • Reservation of military service members.

In order to expand our team, we are looking for a B2B Legal Sales Manager.
