A full-scale war continues. A large number of the population, especially men, are fighting to the last for our Victory.
And so that it was not in vain, therefore, after they personally participated in the actions, standing up for the defense of the Motherland, they have the primary right to acquire the status of UBD (participant in hostilities). How to get the participant's certificate of combat actions?
The current norms of the laws of Ukraine on the status of war veterans and their protection guarantees determine that obtaining this status is possible for those defenders who were:
- among all types and types of troops of the Armed Forces,
- units of various military branches,- partisan formations,
- all other associations,
- regardless of whether it is a period of war in the country or peacetime.
But before, it was not easy to get this charter, as it was necessary to provide the commission with a large number of documents that confirmed the participation of a serviceman in battles for Ukraine in hot spots at ground zero.
- The procedure has been simplified. Resolution No. 887 stipulates that currently, in order to acquire this status, it is necessary to submit to the interdepartmental commission only a document containing information about a direct share in the defense of Ukraine.
- But if you wish, you can provide a number of other orders, extracts, etc., which confirm the circumstances of the performance of combat tasks.
- The requirement for granting this status to servicemen is the execution of specific combat orders and tasks by them or as part of military units and units.
WARNING, How many days to be in the ato to get udb. After the simplification of the procedure for getting the status of udb, there are no requirements for the number of days of stay in the areas of hostilities.
Documents submitted. A positive decision has been made. The udb certificate is granted.
The question arises, how to get a certificate of a participant in hostilities?
- The certificate of a participant in hostilities is the main document that confirms your status.
- This certificate is issued by the relevant authorities at the place of registration of the veteran to him personally on the basis of the submitted documents.
- For active military personnel and for people who have been released from military service, there are different ways of submitting documents, so that everything is done correctly, you should immediately contact a lawyer or an attorney.
What benefits do combatants have? How to get udb land. Such a person can receive a plot of land. Part of the land can be used for construction and individual housing, growing berry and fruit crops, vegetable growing.
There is only one condition - that the veteran has not used his free right to receive land and has provided the relevant certificate. In order to receive such a benefit, it is necessary to apply to the village (city) executive authorities or local self-government bodies - indicate the intended use of the land and its approximate dimensions. It is necessary to add graphic materials of the site.
Information is very important: in order to get land, in addition to the application, the military must provide the following documents:
- an identity document (passport);
- аpproved decision on free transfer of land;
- an extract from the land cadastre with graphic materials and the location (location) of the plot;
- a receipt for payment of property registration.
In addition, the soldier himself must bring a document confirming that he really participated in the defense of our state. It can be an order, a certificate, a UBD certificate or another document.
