Who has the right to postponement

First, you need to contact the administration of the educational institution to obtain a certificate from the school director confirming that you work in this institution on a permanent basis and full-time (or at least 0.75 rates).

In addition, you should receive a description of your teaching activities, which will indicate your qualifications, work experience and contribution to the educational process.

After that, it is necessary to submit a package of documents to the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP), which should include:

• Passport of a citizen of Ukraine
• Identification code
• Military ID
• Certificate from the place of work about your full-time employment (or at least 0.75 of the rate)
• Characteristics of pedagogical activity
• Diploma of education
• Application in the name of the head of the TCC and SP with a request to grant a postponement of conscription for military service upon mobilization

It is also possible to appoint a medical commission to confirm your state of health.

Consideration of the submitted application

The application and documents confirming the right to postponement are considered by TCC and JV within seven days from the moment of their submission. If the commission requests additional information from state authorities, the review period may be extended. In this case, the decision will be made no later than the next day after receiving the necessary information.

After analyzing the documents and, if necessary, the results of the medical commission, the TCC and the SP will make a decision to grant or deny the postponement.

Process of getting deferment from mobilization

When the commission makes a decision to grant a postponement to a teacher, he will receive a corresponding document confirming this right.

Subsequently, it is necessary to confirm the right to a deferral every year or at the request of the TCC and JV by providing up-to-date documents.
